Dutch-type auction, with a competitive component, which will take place on 22.03.2023 at 12:00 at the headquarters of EVERGENT Investments, located in the municipality of Bacau, Pictor Aman street no. 94C, County of Bacău for the sale of 1,116,258 shares, representing 93.89% of the share capital of REGAL SA, a company located in Galața, with 1,647,588 CUI.

Starting price at the auction: 9,650,000 lei

The auction will be conducted in accordance with the legislation and in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Terms.

Participation in the auction is carried out only on the basis of the purchase of the Terms of Reference and fulfillment of all the conditions specified therein.
