Rezvan Lucescu’s team went 13 consecutive stages without defeat in the Greek championship.

PAOK beat the last team they lost to this season in the league, late in the game where the hosts were lucky in front of goal.

Khaled Narei opened the scoring for Lucescu Jr.’s team in just the 14th minute, and Konstantinos Koulirakis made it 2-0 in the second half (62nd minute).

These were the only hits on the home team’s goal.

AEK Athens had at least 19 chances to score, but PAOK’s goal remained untouched.

This victory brought PAOK just two points behind rivals Olympiakos (3rd place).

The leader is “Panathinaikos”, which has 54 points.
