
Ford’s electric SUV became the best-selling plug-in hybrid (PHEV) in 2022 across all European markets for the second year in a row, with shipments up 20% year-on-year.
The Kuga Plug-In Hybrid intelligent transmission is designed to provide flexibility for customers with a range of 57-67 km on a pure electric motor based on the WLTP protocol and an energy consumption of 14.4-15.9 kWh/100 km WLTP, allowing many electric propulsion.
Last year, the Kuga lineup was complemented by the Kuga ST-Line X Black package, which gives customers the option to add unique exterior styling cues such as a black roof, mirror housings, front air vents and a rear spoiler painted in black and a matching 20- inch alloy wheels.
Since last year, all Kuga models can also be ordered with special comfort seats for driver and front passenger called Comfort Seat, which are 18-way adjustable and approved by Aktion Gesunder Rücken eV (AGR), a leading spinal health organization.
