The Patisia Security Department has charged two individuals with the kidnapping and rape of a 12-year-old girl.

According to the report, everything happened on Monday afternoon (13.02), when, as the father of the child told the authorities, his daughter, who was near the house on William King Street, was attacked by two people (one 39-year-old man and 40-year-old woman) who were seized and raped against her will.
