A teacher at the Western University of Timisoara was arrested for sexual abuse of minors after he tried to kiss and touch the private parts of a 13-year-old girl he studied mathematics with, News.ro reported.
The man, a lecturer at the Western University of Timisoara, was tutoring the 13-year-old girl in mathematics at his home, and at one point he tried to kiss her and touch her in private parts. The girl’s parents filed a complaint with the police after learning from their daughter about the teacher’s behavior.
The teacher was taken for questioning to the Timisoara police, the case is being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
The police detained him for 24 hours for continuing to molest minors. The prosecutor’s office took the case.
