At the age of 75, Camilla has previously had Covid-19, has been vaccinated, is in “good condition” and is resting.

Buckingham Palace initially announced that the Queen Consort had canceled a planned visit to the West Midlands on Tuesday due to a “seasonal illness”, but later tested positive for Covid.

Camilla also tested positive almost exactly a year ago, as did her husband, King Charles III.

According to royal sources quoted by the BBC, there are no plans for any changes to King Charles’ engagement this week.

The couple urged people to get vaccinated against Covid-19 and both received reminders.

In England, the latest figures show that around 96% of people in Camilla’s 75-79 age group are vaccinated, and 78.7% were most recently vaccinated three to six months ago.
