PSD President Marcel Čolaku believes that many politicians will answer the question of plagiarism because of the excess made in his time about Victor Ponta, he states that he is not able to say whether the Minister of the Interior Lucian Bode plagiarized or not, he writes to News.ro. The PSD leader noted that if in two or three months Minister Bode has a court decision regarding his doctoral dissertation, then there will be another discussion.

Marcel Cholaku said on Sunday night on Prima News TV that “no abuse committed at this moment in politics remains unpaid.”

“Nothing remains unpaid. No abuse you do at any point in politics goes unrewarded. When you abused c doctor morning to night certain people may or may not be guilty. No excess you ever commit in politics goes unrewarded. It comes back to you. If you learn from these mistakes, both you as a politician and Romania will move forward,” Čolaku said.

He was asked if he would agree to manage people suspected of plagiarism.

“We are not talking about a coalition government. I saw a coalition government that was confused with the Romanian government. I saw the government shoot in the hat. Depending on what you were shooting, you were looking for your person. You didn’t come to build a government based on the best people you have and you’ve seen it work. Disastrous. I think we have learned from these mistakes and I firmly believe that within the coalition we will find the maturity to have these discussions before the formation of a new government, and I believe that all of us who make up this coalition want an effective government and the Government of Romania “, he added, the PSD leader said.

Marcel Cholaku: “I cannot say whether Bode plagiarized or not”

Asked if he saw a problem for the government’s image in a case like Lucian Bode’s, Marcel Ciolacu said: “I don’t know how guilty or innocent Mr. Bode is.”

“Instead, I saw that the President of Romania said that certain things need to be clarified before the press conference. So, he also answered that this rotation will happen. (…) There are discussions that we are conducting within the coalition. I am firmly convinced that we will clear them. Perhaps by the time Mr. Bode arrives, he will have a court order. Many politicians will respond to this topic with plagiarism because of the excess made at one time on Viktor Ponta. This does not mean that I can now explain whether or not Mr. Bode is a plagiarist. If Mr. Bode has a court decision in two or three months, we will have another discussion,” the PSD leader added.
