Ciprian Tishea, an adviser from the office of the vice president of the Satu Mare District Council, Olivia Buzgau, resigned because he did nothing and received 6,500 lei, writes PresaSM.
According to a resignation letter published by PresaSM, the 43-year-old man was hired by the Satu Mare District Council on 19/08/2022 as an adviser to the vice president of the Satu Mare District Council, Olivier Buzgau, but he tendered his resignation on February 1.
- “My resignation is first of all an act of honor, taking into account that everyone who discovers violations in the work of local state administration is obliged to report it, since it is unacceptable to pay people from the state budget without performing work, but only for their physical presence. . (…) It is unacceptable for a councilor to receive a net salary of 6,500 lei without requiring him to perform work in accordance with the job description,” writes Ciprian Tisea in his resignation letter.
Moreover, he says that in the premises of some offices of the county council, he only laughed, not working.
- “In the hallway of the vice-presidents of the district council, it is characterized by laughter, shouts, a lively atmosphere, stand-up. Even Mr. Vice President Olivia Buzgau has drawn the attention of the women in the office to this aspect countless times. I did not engage in such conduct, and I do not want to be associated with such conduct in a public institution.”
Ciprian Tisea also charges that the two PSD vice-presidents in the Satu Mare County Council are also out of office.
- “On January 4, 2023, we were called to a meeting by the two vice-presidents, in which, in the presence of other colleagues, the two vice-presidents admitted that they had nothing to give us to work with, since they also did not receive any duties.”
In relation to PresaSM, County Council President Pataki Chaba said vice presidents have clear responsibilities.
- “It is not my job to know what duties the advisers of the two vice presidents have. I know that both vice-presidents have clear responsibilities, but together we worked for two months on improving the budget of the Satu Mare district. Otherwise, I will not comment.”
The president of the PSD organization of Satu Mare district, Mircea Govor, says that “he does not want to believe that they are trying to destabilize the PSD, because they have no chance!”
