On cross-examination in court, a 20-year-old man described the moment of the attack: “I saw 5-6 people walking towards me. According to him, he learned about Alka’s death in the hospital and before that he believed that both the 19-year-old boy and their other friend, severely beaten by the attackers, managed to hide “on the opposite side of the road.” . Answering questions from defense lawyers, a 20-year-old youth (he is not present at the trial as a civil plaintiff, unlike other victims) expressed the opinion that the criminals “did not intend to kill, but certainly wanted to harm.”
