Political scientist and historian Armand Goshu wrote on his Facebook page that the Moscow authorities added him to the list of “foreign agents” (inoagent) on June 16, 2021.

“They put me on the roster the same day as Reserve General Ben Hodges. I am in a very honorable company, together with political people of different generations (former Prime Minister Kasyanov, Khodorkovsky, Ilya Azar, Ilya Yashin, Oleg Kashin, etc.), leading Russian journalists, teachers or commentators (some of whom I worked with) with sometimes either in Moscow, in the BBC office, or through other countries): Kostyantyn Eggert, Kateryna Tsyulman, Sasha Golts, Andriy Zubov, Vladyslav Inosemtsev, Maksym Kats, etc.), writes Goșu.

The list was published on Wednesday, February 8, in “War of History”.

Armand Goshu is a historian, a political analyst of the post-Soviet space, a professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Bucharest, where he teaches courses on the history of Russia and the USSR.
