Journalist Marius Buga (42 years old), a correspondent of Pro TV in Dambovitsa and one of the oldest television employees, is being investigated by the prosecutor’s office in the case of sexual acts with a minor, reports Adevărul.

Marius Buga was taken to the prosecutor’s office next to the Tirgovishte court for hearings on Tuesday, February 7.

The minor was interrogated by the Tirgovishte police in another case, but during the hearing the boy, who was not yet 16 years old, told the police that he had sexual relations with the journalist Marius Buga.

Pro TV, the media trust for which Marius Buga has been working for several years, has already officially reacted:

“I was surprised to learn about the investigation against employee Marius Buga. At the company level, we strongly condemn any immoral actions. We cannot comment on this situation, but we are convinced that the authorities are taking all measures to clarify it. After receiving all the relevant information, we will take the necessary measures in the company.
