According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Romanian embassy in Ankara was informed by family members from Romania about the situation with another group of nine Erasmus students, Romanian citizens, who are in Kayseri. Family members of some people in the group emphasized that the condition of Romanian citizens is good. Five students asked for help to return to Romania, and representatives of the diplomatic mission are supporting dialogue with them.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also clarifies that the Romanian embassy in Ankara was informed about the safe stay of a Romanian mother of four children in Turkey. At the same time, a request for information and assistance regarding a Romanian citizen who is in a penitentiary in Turkey was received from Romania, and representatives of the embassy took measures to obtain information regarding the situation with the Romanian citizen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
