General Secretary of Public Order, Michael Caramalakis, filed a lawsuit with the Athens District Attorney’s Office against a retired EL.AS officer. for what he claimed about his audit case son of Minister for Citizens Protection Takis Theodorikakosand his friends.

“Today, 3 February 2023, Mr. Michalis Karamalakis, Secretary General of Public Order, filed with the Athens District Attorney’s Office, through the lawyer of Mr. Michalis A. Dimitrakopoulos, a summons in respect of a recently demobilized officer who, on the day of his demobilization – quite by accident – he said that about two (2) years ago, he allegedly intervened non-institutionally, being at that time the head of the Greek police, in the control of youth.
