
Today, the Organization for the Management and Development of Cultural Resources (ODAP) published an announcement of an open tender for the selection of contractors (employees) in 59 canteen bars and restaurants, selected archaeological sites, monuments and museums. . According to the Ministry of Culture, with a positive outcome of the tender, which is the first in this area through the creation of PTP, the total number of buffet stalls is 75.
At the same time, with the tender, it is planned to install 38 vending machines for water and soft drinks, in the largest archaeological sites to better serve visitors, as well as in some places where there are no soft drinks.
According to the Ministry of Culture, the 2nd Non-Alcoholic Drinks Recycling Program was approved by the Minister Lina Mendoni after a positive opinion from the CAS. Rentals by contractors are aimed at ensuring the orderly operation of bars and restaurants, as well as the optimal service for visitors to archaeological sites, monuments and museums, with the ultimate goal of increasing their visibility and increasing their attendance.
The tender for the lease of 59 buffet kiosks is geographically divided into three groups. The duration of the contract will be six years, renewable for a maximum of six additional years. The award criterion is solely the price and, in particular, the highest annual price of the proposed rental as a whole for the group.
