In a press release, DNA reported on the detention of a businessman for 24 hours for committing the crime of buying influence.

Judicial sources told Hotnews.ro that it is Aleksandr Pitsurka, and the detention order in his case will be valid until 14:30 on Wednesday.

A file with a proposal for a 30-day remand will be sent to the Bucharest court on Tuesday.

As for the head of Romarma, the prosecutor’s office proposed preventive arrest, the case will be brought to court on Tuesday, sources inform. Meanwhile, the boss of “Romarmu” is at liberty, no charges have been brought against him.

The DNA allegations in the Alexandru Pitsurke case are the same as those against Romania’s former national football coach:
