A gang of four who committed two robberies and the same number of burglaries in the prefectures of Thessaloniki and Imathia within 12 days, with a total “loot” of 228,000 euros, was liquidated Greek police.

A 30-year-old man was detained as a participant in the spiral, while three of his accomplices were identified. These are gypsies aged 27 to 33, related by family ties and previously prosecuted for burglary.

All of their “raids” took place in November 2021, and among the “targets” were a gambling agency in Panorama, a store in the Pilaya shopping center, as well as two enterprises in the Imatii districts, from the premises of which they seized cash. Characteristically, both robberies were committed with the threat of using a fire extinguisher, and in one of them, the attackers actually “poured” its contents onto employees.

As it turned out as a result of an investigation carried out by officers of the Thessaloniki Property Crimes Directorate, members of the criminal group used a car in which they changed their color so that it was difficult to identify them, while they were operating at night, with their facial features. covered .
