Citizens’ Protection Minister Takis Theodorikakos ordered an investigation after a publication referring to sworn ELAS officers.

According to the message of the General Directorate of Police of Greece, the publication in question is sent to the Internal Affairs Service of the security forces, as well as to the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens.

According to the publication of the newspaper “Vima tis Kyriakis”, the conversations of the sworn police officers were discovered by monitoring messages on applications such as Viber and WhatsApp.
