Gabriel Bitan defeated Reynold Banigo and Alex Farquharson

In the fight for the first position, the Romanian athlete fought with Reynold Banigo and Alex Farquharson and jumped 7.73 meters.

The podium was completed by Reynold Banigo (7.73 meters) and Alex Farquharson (7.66 meters).

In the men’s 400-meter race, Mihai Sorin Dringo took second place in the third final of the competition (47.43 seconds), ahead of only Dutchman Isaiah Boers (47.43 seconds).

The first final was won by the Portuguese Mauro Pereira (47.64 seconds), and the second by the British Lee Thompson (47.01 seconds).

Track and field athlete Claudia Prisekaru did not make it to the podium in the 3,000-meter race. The winner was Jennifer Nesbitt (9:03.88 minutes), and the podium was completed by Eloise Walker (9:06.32 minutes) and Elena Anastasia Marinaku (9:07.49 minutes).

In Kladno (Czech Republic), also on Saturday, Rares Andrej Toader took fourth place in the shot put with a result of 20.44 meters. Czech Tomas Stanek won (21.69 meters), followed by Egyptian Mohamed Magdi Hamza (20.55 meters) and Bosnian Mesud Pezer (20.49 meters).

At the meeting in Karlsruhe (Germany), which took place on Friday, Alina Rotaru-Kottmann finished 6th in the long jump with a result of 6.39 meters. Serbia’s Ivana Vuleta won the competition with a result of 6.76 meters, followed by Agate de Souza (Sao Tome and Principe) with a result of 6.66 meters and Germany’s Maris Luzolo in second place with a result of 6.62 meters.
