EL.AS released a video of the investigation that led to the arrest of two 24-year-old women at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, where they were found to be in possession of 13 kilograms of cocaine.

The video shows how the police find drugs in the double bottom of the women’s luggage.

In total, 13.6 kg of cocaine were found in the luggage of two women from Brazil, while in addition to drugs, two mobile phones and a sum of money were seized.

Two 24-year-old women were arrested on Thursday (01/26) at night at the airport for violating the law on addictive substances. The arrest was carried out by police officers of the Anti-Narcotics Subdivision in the context of a targeted control to prevent the importation of drugs into Greece from South American countries.

Two women who arrived in Athens on a flight from Brazil were taken to the Athenian Prosecutor’s Office for criminal cases.
