“So what I wanted to ask you, as I can now, I couldn’t ask you at the seminar, you see. In your group, do you think there is a virgin girl who still has x*** (pubic hair – no)? That you still know them, you still communicate with your colleagues. Maybe you have an idea, I’m asking you if you know,” said Konstantin Mark Nyagu.

The university management announced that Neagu had resigned and categorically denied any misconduct by the faculty.

“We inform interested parties that on January 19, 2023, Mr. Constantin Mark Nyagu, associate professor, submitted to the management of the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest a resignation letter without prior notice, a unilateral act of will that caused immediate consequences, in the sense of terminating the employment relationship between university and Mr. Kostyantyn Mark Nyagu. “Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest strongly disapproves of any type of inappropriate behavior by teachers and informs the followers of the page that there have been no reports of this type of behavior until January 18, 2023,” reads a post from Nicolae Titulescu University in Facebook.
