
Forced delivery of a witness to test of the Golden Dawn the court decided. The decision was made because Pavlos Fissa’s partner, who was called to testify as a witness in the ongoing Golden Dawn trial, “failed” to appear before the five-member Criminal Court of Appeal.
This led to the court ruling to bring her to justice at the end of today’s hearing, at the request of the defense and with the prosecution’s agreed proposal of February 3, 2023.
Marina Daliani, a lawyer for the Fiss family, asked the court to consider that all other methods had been exhausted before deciding on a forced arrest, i.e. discovery of a telephone, with the chairman indicating that the witness was in a provincial town and was subpoenaed.
