Bushteni Mayor Mircea Korbu announced on Thursday the signing of a financial contract for the construction of three energy-efficient units, with funds provided by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
“This project is one of the most important presented by the Bushteni City Hall to date, a project for the construction of three blocks of nZEB social housing for young people from the city of Bushteni. The land proposed for the construction of these quarters is located on the street. Urlatorii and st. Stefan Cel Mare, and the approved acceptable value is more than 14 million lei, European funds received through the PNRR program. (…) We remind you that in order to be able to submit this project and have land plots, the city council agreed to the cancellation of the right to use land plots given free of charge to several honorary citizens, persons who had the obligation to start construction within a year from the date land award, but they have not expressed their desire to build houses in the town of Bushteni, nor have they taken any steps in this regard since 2010,” Mircea Korbu wrote on Facebook. .
The mayor clarified to the Agerpres agency that the tennis champion Simona Halep and the artist Lupu Rednik are among the honorable citizens against whom the right to use these lands has been withdrawn.
