He also saw, as he testified, Rupakias’ car speeding towards the scene and his exit from it. The witness said that a man convicted of murder approached the musician, who was found in the cordon, “embracing him and turning around in the car.” According to him, “when he goes to enter, two policemen appear who go to Pavlos, and he shouts to them: “Hold him, he stabbed me”.
