Petition for the release of the investigator who investigated the death of Malena and Iris, filed a second time by their accused mother, Rula Pispirigou.
The 34-year-old woman, who began apologizing to the court clerk in the morning for the deaths of her two youngest children – a process interrupted at 5 p.m. – cites the court clerk’s bias.
The petition has been submitted to the prosecutor’s office and, according to information, it will be considered as soon as possible, so perhaps tomorrow there will be the will of the judicial council, which will decide what the accused presents to the investigator.
If the application for release is rejected, the testimony of the 34-year-old defendant will continue from where it was interrupted.
A few days ago, Rula Pispirigou again petitioned for the release of the bailiff, stating before the apology that specific medical examiners would be questioned as witnesses of special knowledge. The investigator agreed to question the witnesses, and thus the testimony of the 34-year-old man was scheduled for today.
