Compared to the end of 2020, the average price of BMW 3 Series in Autovit.ro ads has increased by 45%, for Volkswagen Golf the increase was 44%, for Audi A4 we have 39% and for Dacia Logan, 41%. The average advertised price of the Ford Focus increased by 34%.

The average price of cars on Autovit.ro at the end of 2020 was 7,664 euros, and now it is 3,500 euros higher.

Compared to 2021, the prices of the most popular car models on Autovit.ro have increased by 16-26%. The largest average price increase was recorded for the BMW 3 Series, with an average price of €11,342 in 2021, rising to €18,254 in 2022. It is followed by the Audi A4 and Dacia Logan with an average price increase of 25%.

In Logan, the price has increased from 4,933 euros to 6,160 euros.

For the Volkswagen Golf over the last year, the growth was 16%, and for the Ford Focus – 18%.

The VW Golf had an average price of €9,043 and reached €10,488. Ford Focus had an average price of 7,090 euros a year ago and reached 8,388 euros.

At the end of 2022, the average car price on Autovit.ro was €11,198, which is 3% higher than the average price in January 2022, but 18% higher than in December 2021.

This means that used cars have entered the market with higher prices since the beginning of 2022, when price movements were very little during the year.

Relative to the year of manufacture, cars from 5 to 10 years old became more expensive. In December 2022, the average price of this category on Autovit.ro was 23% higher than in December 2021 and 49% higher than in December 2020. Prices for cars older than 10 years have changed the least.

The value of cars put up for sale in 2022 on Autovit.ro amounted to more than 4 billion euros, which is 13% more than in 2021.

The most published ads were for cars priced between €10,000 and €25,000 (31%), followed by models between €5,000 and €10,000 (26%) or under €5,000 (22%).

The car brands with the most offers on Autovit.ro were Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Ford.

In terms of buyer interest, they also focused on the brands Volkswagen and BMW, representing 27% of the total number of visits to Autovit.ro, followed by Audi and Mercedes-Benz with 12% and 11%, respectively, of the total number of visits on the platform. .

The main type of fuel for cars sold on Autovit.ro remains diesel, but it has decreased by 3 percent compared to last year. At the same time, the number of gasoline vehicles present on the platform increased by 2 percent compared to 2021, while electric vehicles and hybrids remain unchanged as an offer.
