
In 2022, Vitex, together with 400 Paint Stores – Partners, offered more than 8,000 liters of Vitex with Vairo antiviral and antibacterial paint to the country’s public hospitals as part of the Paint Bank initiative.
The first action of the initiative was aimed at meeting the growing needs of healthcare facilities requiring special protection with innovative technologies that provide solutions to antimicrobial protection issues. In particular, Vitex with Vairo is an innovative dye with certified activity against viruses and bacteria, including SARS-Cov2, as well as microbes that cause nosocomial infections. Vitex with Vairo is the only wall paint that holds the marketing license EOF 90167/04-10-2021.
The delivery of liters of paints was carried out at the suggestion of the Ministry of Health and in the presence of colorists – color workshops and administrative medical staff of hospitals.
