
The police in the municipality of Oneşti filed a criminal case for disturbing the peace and public order on behalf of several men, members of a group of carolers who intended to walk the national road DN 11 with torches and drums, the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) reported on Wednesday ) Bacău.
“Two gangs, each consisting of about 20 so-called haters, were prevented from forming, people who intended to drive along DN 11 with lighted torches, drums and trumpets, thereby obstructing the normal flow of traffic and thus disrupting public order and peace, through noise and shouting. As a result of the conducted investigations, criminal proceedings were filed in the case regarding the commission of the crime of violation of public order and peace,” said IPJ Bacau spokesperson, Oana Commissioner Iryna Nefornica.
10 people, organizers and members of the gangs, were taken to the headquarters of the Oneşti police for hearing, 30 torches that were to be lit and 6 liters of diesel fuel were confiscated, Agerpres reports.
