Cause”black tower(“The Dark Tower”), the television version of which will be embodied by the writer, director and producer (“The Haunting of Hill House”), Mike Flanagan.
According to Deadline, Flanagan is “preparing a new series with producer Trevor Macy.”
The Dark Tower Project consists of eight novels inspired by many genres such as fantasy, science fiction, horror and Western.
The story follows Ronald Deshine as he searches for the magical and mysterious Black Tower.
Flanagan and Macy, who founded Intrepid Pictures in 2004, envision a five-season television series followed by two separate feature films.
The two had previously adapted King’s novels Gerald’s Game and Doctor Sleep.
