Romanian men’s handball champion Dynamo Bucharest drew with Croatian team Zagreb 27:27 in the ninth stage of Champions League Group A.

Akymenko (6 goals), Negru and Zeinelabedin (5 each) became the main scorers of “Dynamo” in the multifunctional hall in Bucharest. Dibirov excelled at the guests (7 successes).

The people of Zagreb led in the score 19-15 and 24-21, the “Dula” fought back effectively, took the lead (26-25 and 27-26), but could not score in the last attack.

“Dynamo” would not have achieved this draw without the excellent interventions of the 17th goalkeeper Said Heydaridad.

In the first matches of the group, Dynamo scored the following results: 28-30 against Magdeburg, 30-33 against Veszprém, 38-38 against GOG, 32-27 against Porto, 29-35 against PSG Handball, 29-28 against HC Zagreb, 32-27 and 28-26 with Wisla Plotsk.
