
The Chamber of Deputies adopted a draft law on Wednesday, which provides for the efficiency of services in state institutions, including the abolition of the file with rails and the possibility of card payments.
The draft law regulates op. 41/2016, in the sense of establishing the obligation for state institutions, specialized bodies of central and local administration and legal entities under private law, which have received the status of a public utility in accordance with the law or are authorized to provide a public service, to provide citizens with free of charge in paper or electronic form on their own website -site samples of forms or requests related to the services provided.
Another article of the draft law stipulates that institutions will no longer be able to request files, files with a rail, as well as any other things or items of stationery or office supplies from individuals or legal entities in order to resolve requests for the provision of public service.
The initiative also provides for the obligation to offer alternative ways of paying for paid public services – by card or using other payment systems.
Also, state institutions will be obliged to accept a copy in electronic format after the identity card sent by e-mail, providing the conditions stipulated by the legal norms regarding the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data.
At the same time, the obligation to submit legalized copies of documents for the provision of public services will be introduced, replacing them with certification of the original by an authorized official.
The Chamber of Deputies is the decision-making body and the law is sent to President Klaus Iohannis for promulgation.
