Amazon.com plans to restore its roughly $100 million a year worth of Twitter ads ahead of changes to the social network’s advertising platform’s security, according to a tweet published by Platformer Reuters.

Twitter CEO Elon Musk also said Apple has reinstated ads on the platform, according to an article published by Bloomberg, which cited comments made during a Twitter Spaces conversation on Saturday.

Amazon, Apple and Twitter did not immediately respond to Reuters’ request for comment.

The iPhone maker recently joined a growing list of companies, from General Mills to U.S. luxury car maker Audi, that have suspended or stopped advertising on Twitter since the billionaire acquired it for $44 billion a month ago. (source: news.ro)
