Ivan Fedorov noted that residents who showed support for Ukraine were kidnapped and tortured, and “prisoners” returned malnourished and wounded. “I was just informed about a prisoner released from Melitopol, whose skin and bones remained,” a Ukrainian official told the Kyiv Post.
His skull was fractured, and he said the conditions in Russian captivity were worse than in Auschwitz.
