Last September, the Ministry of the Interior announced incentives to achieve savings, for example, services that do not meet the goal of savings will not be included in the recruitment or mobility process.

In addition, those services that achieve 15% savings in energy consumption, i.e. 5% above the set target, will receive corresponding money in their budget for the next year, while achieving the 10% reduction target is a must, especially for services for which bonuses are provided. Sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that the corresponding calculations for achieving savings indicators will be made from the new year, emphasizing that the appointment of an energy and administrative official should have been made “yesterday”.
