A new group of defendants in her case 12 years from Kolonos will be before the investigator in charge of the case of sexual abuse and exploitation of a child.

The bailiff is issuing summons of apology to persons identified during the police investigation by their electronic fingerprints, who received a photo and video of a 12-year-old girl accused of human trafficking by a temporary prisoner, considered the main person involved in the case, Ilias Mihos.

New defendants in the girl’s case are summoned by the investigator to her to apologize for the charge against them of pornography of minors, a crime related to insulting minors.

It should be noted that where the supply and possession of child pornography material involves children under the age of 15, the charge is a criminal offence, just as the production and sale of such material is a criminal offence.
