Shortly before 21:00, a 39-year-old Greek woman, injured on Sunday in an explosion that occurred on Istiklal Avenue in Istanbul, arrived in a Turkish ambulance at Papageorgiou Hospital. She was met at the hospital by her parents, who had previously told reporters that they had difficulty communicating as they could only communicate in Turkish.

“I feel lucky, I have always been lucky in life and God has certainly protected me,” said the 39-year-old, who said she would return to Istanbul, adding: “I have learned a lot in my life in general. very easy to overcome difficult situations. Answering journalists’ questions, she said that the Turkish authorities asked her various questions, to which she answered, telling exactly how the case was. “There were very serious incidents, I have nothing, but I am very sorry for the people, babies and children who died,” he said.

The 39-year-old woman was taken to the hospital, where she will undergo medical examinations and, if necessary, undergo surgery on her leg, which was damaged by the explosion.
