Minister of Justice Konstantinos Tsiaras convened a meeting at the Ministry, which was attended by the heads of the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance of Athens, Dimitris Oikonomu and Christoforos Linos, as well as the head of the Prosecutor’s Office of First Instance Antonis Eleftherianos, and it was decided to hold the trial of Mati in the Ceremonial Hall of the Court of Appeal of Athens, where now undergoes the process of the Golden Dawn in the second degree.
The two trials will be held in parallel, on days when the trial of one of them will not sit and the other will take place, subject to the fulfillment of obligations that the trial in the AXA criminal case will not be postponed and will be completed in a relatively short time.
