The capital’s general mayor, Nikušor Dan, answered a question on Tuesday evening, talking about the “strengths” for which the citizens of Bucharest should vote for him and not for Gabriela Firea for a new mandate, referring to a systemic view” on the main issues.

Nikusor Dan answered some questions from the people of Bucharest on Tuesday night live on Facebook, he was also asked about the strengths that the people of Bucharest should vote for him instead of Gabriela Firea.

“We have a mayor who brought the city hall to bankruptcy and one who brought it out,” Nikušor Dan was quoted as saying by News.ro.

He said that he has a “systemic vision of what needs to be done on the main issues – traffic, heating” and that there is also “a big difference on urban planning, where public authority did not matter in the last mandate, so to say that he was accomplice”.

Dan Nikusor has repeatedly stated that he wants a new mandate as mayor, arguing that the projects that have been started cannot be completed in just 4 years. PSD leader Marcel Cholaku recently announced that Gabriela Firea will be the party’s candidate for the capital’s mayor’s office.
