Russia’s ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov on Sunday scolded the United States for making false statements about Moscow’s decision to suspend its participation in the UN-brokered Black Sea grain deal, Reuters reported.
“Washington’s reaction to the terrorist attack in the port of Sevastopol is truly scandalous,” said Ambassador Anatoly Antonov.
“I saw no signs of condemnation of the reckless actions of the Kyiv regime.”
“All signs of the involvement of British military specialists in the organization of a massive drone attack are being ignored,” Antonov said.
Britain rejected Russia’s accusations.
US President Joe Biden condemned Russia’s actions on the grain deal as “simply outrageous” and said it would exacerbate hunger.
