OUR Prince Harry is going to talk about his life at Buckingham Palace, as well as his decision to give up royal duties and move to America with his wife, Megan Markl.
According to Penguin Random House, the memoirs of the Duke of Sussex will be released on January 10 under the title “Spare“(surplus).
The publisher said in a statement: “When Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions of people wondered what princes might be thinking and feeling – and how their lives go on… This is Harry’s story.”

A portion of the proceeds from the book will be used to support UK charities including Sentebale and WellChild.
The title “Reserve” refers to the phrase used by “heir and reserve” monarchies. In the UK’s case, Prince William is the heir, and Prince Harry will give his version of what it’s like to be a younger brother who may never sit on the throne and therefore must find some other purpose in life.
Guaranteed to be a bestseller before it’s even printed, the book promises “brutal honesty” and Harry graces the cover in serious style.
But there has to be a balance, as a lot has changed since the book was announced. Queen Elizabeth II died and his father Charles became king. Camilla has the title of royal consort. The book will now be available later than the original release date.
