Mario Tembo, Director of Group Purchasing and Operations at Hyperfund, has been appointed Interim Managing Director by Hyperfund in ELTA. Mr. Tempos has extensive experience in business transformation, operational business planning, and sales, and has led complex programs and projects.

He also appointed a non-executive member of the ELTA Board of Directors, Ioanna Dunia, Superfund Portfolio Manager, who has 20 years of experience in strategy and portfolio management positions. Ms. Dunia is responsible for monitoring ELTA and GAIAOSE companies in the Superfund portfolio and is a member of the Board of Directors of GAIAOSE.

Their many years of professional experience and high qualifications, both in matters of management and control, and in making decisions based on documented information, were the main criteria for their selection.

At the same time, ELTA authorized adviser Vassilis Balourdos said that he did not want his term to be extended.

According to the Superfund, the immediate response is on the one hand to immediately investigate issues such as those recently identified and to carry out an audit process to be carried out by an external consultant, and on the other hand to ensure the smooth operation of the ELTA company and continuation of her transformation plan. Whereas, he will actively support the transitional administration to achieve the above objectives, while the transitional term of the managing director will continue until the completion of the ELTA managing director selection process, as determined by Superfund procedures. At the same time, the evaluation process of the board of directors will be completed.

Finally, it is noted that the general meeting decided to form the Board of Directors of ELTA for a period of 90 days in the following composition:

• Marios Tempos, Managing Director, Executive Member.
• Joanna Dunya, non-executive member, representative of the Superfund.
• Konstantinos Quesentes, independent non-executive member.
