
A 62-year-old man tragically died in Lepenu, Etoloakarnania, when he was crushed by a tractor.
His family has been searching for the man since Wednesday afternoon, as he left for work with a tractor and showed no signs of life. Mobilization began immediately with the participation of a large number of firefighters, three cars with six men, police (OPKE), relatives and other residents of the village.
According to ERT, a 62-year-old man was found on Wednesday night (10/26) mortally wounded by his tractor, which turned onto a country road. The police investigation into the exact circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
It should be noted that this is the second accident caused by a tractor overturning in the prefecture of Etoloakarnania in a few days, as another farmer died in Oiniades Messolonghi.
