Thousands of children go to school with patience and perseverance. To learn, to pass the time or because they have to go. And they respect space, love it and take care of it. And they respect their teachers and take care of them. And the feelings are mutual. Schools are not jungles, nor is society a jungle, and let there be various tragedies, some of which are made public, while others are hushed up. Other children graduate from high school with the aim of entering the university, and others – with the aim of obtaining a diploma in a specialty, IEC, art.

However, the school does not cease to be a place of socialization, which continues, although with clearly less intensity and significance, to contribute to the formation of personality. But what is special about EPAL, which sometimes attract attention because of the usually low crime rate? These schools must be her jewels school education, but it’s not. Despite numerous and experienced teachers and despite the large sums of money required for their equipment.

But since there is no reliable technical education, there are not enough serious technologists. However, some children (20%-30%) who are unable or unwilling to participate in the very high level of national examinations in secondary school choose EPAL either for a specialist degree or for admission to universities and universities with a very high level preparation. easier exams but lower percentage. And while everything is good and normal.

Indifferent students

However, EPAL also attracts many children who should not even have a high school diploma. Children with elementary deviations in language and mathematics, whom our tolerant upbringing sent to high school. And who is not interested in either technical knowledge or a diploma in a specialty, but only an easy high school diploma. Or they go to school because their parents send them. Often by force.

If there they encounter a flexible institutional framework, without rules, without any coercion, without any consequences, without any interest, that is, delinquent behavior, similar to that described in his letter by a fellow MP who resigned because he did not survived.

In other words, to take out your anger or boredom in the classroom and towards a teacher or classmate. Because bullying in these schools at the expense of weaker students is well supported. But nobody talks about it.

But in order for the school to stop letting teachers do their job, ie. completely stopped the educational process, the director and the teachers’ union had to refuse it. So that everything is on the same level, so that there are no elementary rules, no hierarchy, no communication with students, 15 members, and especially with parents and the parent-guardian association. So nothing works. Because the school authorities always have a way to put pressure on the perpetrators of the fuss or instruct them to at least give the teachers a standard lesson.

In the finale, he has a no-show tool, which is the only thing offenders are afraid of. It is enough, of course, that the law is respected, and passes are registered and taken into account. In addition, the experience of these schools has shown that parents have a great influence on their children, and early communication between the school and the family can prevent many negative phenomena. If there is interest, of course. Have courage, knowledge, care, technique and a sense of mission.
