Michnia Nestase, the son of former Prime Minister Adrian Nestase, is testing the land for the construction of a tourist complex in Poiana Brașov, writes BizBrașov.
According to the documentation released by the City Hall, the tourist complex that Năstase junior intends to build in Poiana Brasov will have six levels – 2S+P+2E+M.
“Right now it’s just an intention, we’ll see what the city hall allows us to build there, after which we’ll start discussions with architects,” Mihnia Nestase told BizBraşov.
The son of the ex-prime minister, who was convicted of corruption, also stated that he wants to build a residential facility with 50 rooms and that there are several accomplices in the project.
Last year, Mihnea Nestase opened an Indian-style tented resort on Korbu Beach, but this year he closed the companies that ran the tourist resort.
