Two defendants in the case of a 12-year-old girl Columnafter their apologies to the 33rd regular investigation.
In the brief proceedings that preceded it, as most of the time was spent trying to appoint a lawyer for the two defendants, Ilias Mihos and Giannis Sofianidis, both reportedly admitted only to having had a sexual relationship with the child.
Michos declined to name all other charges against him, and the latter allegedly pleads not accepting the human trafficking charges attributed to him, as well as the store owner, as of yesterday following the initiation of an additional criminal case.
The investigator and the prosecutor, after the end of the apology process, unanimously decided that the two defendants should be sent to prison.
It is noted that the investigator in charge of the case issued an arrest warrant for the mother of a 12-year-old girl from Kolonos.
