
Romania’s men’s handball team, coached by Javi Pascual, lost 36-32 (18-11) away to Austria in the first match of the Euro 2024 preliminary group 4.
Dynamo player Ante Kuduz, who was recently naturalized and was called up to the Romanian national team for the first time, could not be included in the official game protocol, as his ID card and passport were not issued in time for registration in the Ukrainian National Football League.
The main scorers of the Romanian national team in Graz were Negru – 10 goals, Humet – 6, Grigorash – 5, and Weber – 12 goals for the hosts.
