
Six Ukrainians were released after a prisoner exchange with Russia, the head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, said on Thursday, The Guardian reports.
Among the six are two civilians who were arrested and taken to Russia because of the contents of their phones, and four Ukrainian soldiers who fought in Mariupol. All were returned to Ukraine.
“Negotiations are hard work, and the best reward for it is the freedom of Ukrainians,” Yermak wrote in Telegram.
Exchanges are ongoing. Our goal is to get all our people back.
