A new video has surfaced on social media showing a Russian recruitment officer walking into the window of an apartment building to deliver registration orders to residents.
Footage from a stairwell-mounted surveillance camera captured the officer walking through a window, opening the door to other soldiers in recruits, to whom he appeared to explain his exploits before heading to the flats to hand out induction orders.

The Ministry of Defense of Russia clarified the day before that the orders for enlistment can only be delivered in person and with a signature, after information appeared on social networks that some conscripts are summoned to the commissariats by SMS or phone call.
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decree on partial mobilization on September 21 triggered a real exodus from Russia, with hundreds of thousands of residents crossing the country’s borders into neighboring states to avoid conscription.
The President of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, spoke about the situation the day before, saying that the authorities are compiling lists of those who are leaving the country, and they face confiscation of cars at checkpoints.
Photos and videos that have surfaced on social media in recent days show some Russians abandoning their cars due to long lines at some border crossings to try to cross the border on foot.
Russians flee to neighboring countries to avoid conscription
One of the countries where Russians have left in large numbers is Georgia, a country where they can stay for 360 days, but many are refused entry. In Kazakhstan, another favorite destination, they can only stay for 30 days, or 60 if they register.
Some also headed for borders with European Union member states, even as the EU bloc has made it harder for them to obtain visas since late August.
Meduza investigative journalists reported earlier this week that the Kremlin plans to close the borders to men of military age, but that this will happen only after the referendums on annexation in the occupied territories of Ukraine are completed.
The Russian-installed occupation authorities announced the final results of the referendums on Wednesday, but, at least for now, the authorities in Moscow have not announced any border closures.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement to the media on Tuesday that it has no intention of seeking the extradition of Russians who have fled abroad to avoid incorporation.
