Another refueling her auditors sealed Independent Government Revenue Authority (AADE).
This is a gas station in Byron where extensive cross-checks were carried out by AADE using special software, which revealed significant differences in the data received by I / O systems and tax electronic mechanisms (FEM).
The checks led to the conclusion that there had been interference with the fuel control mechanisms, as a result of which different data was generated for the station’s customers, and others were sent to AADE.
Specifically, petrol station managers issued receipts that referred to a different type, quantity, and cost of fuel than the one that was submitted via the I/O system and FIM to the AADE database.
The gas station has been sealed off and its equipment seized and will remain closed until the inflow and outflow system can be restored at the installer’s expense.
In addition, the tax penalties that will be imposed are 15% of the station’s annual turnover and are estimated at around 350,000 euros, with the fine reaching up to 150,000 euros.
