The City Hall of Sector 3 buys from one of the companies – Algorithm Construcții S3 – curbs, flower stalks and other prefabricated concrete elements worth more than 15 million lei, according to the project approved on Tuesday by the local council of Sector 3, voted by Councilors PNL, PSD and PB2020.

This is a framework agreement for 2 years, with the object “Supply of concrete elements and components per m3” in the amount of 15,385,249.69 lei, including VAT.

“In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the public services provided by the local public administration at the level of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest regarding the provision of materials for the repair of roads within the radius of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest, it is necessary to start a procurement procedure with the aim of concluding a 2-year framework agreement, which includes a component precast elements with reinforcement of at least 90 kg/m3 and, accordingly, precast elements with reinforcement of at least 50 kg/m3, of various shapes, sizes and colors,” says the approval report signed by the mayor of sector 3, Robert Negoitsa.

The company Algorithm Construcţii 53 SRL participated in the framework agreement award procedure and was recognized as the winner.

“The analysis report of the commission, registered under no. 175683/04.08.2022, the technical and financial offer of the company Algorithm Constructii S3 SRL was recognized as acceptable, so that it was established that the total value from VAT of the tenderer Algorithm Constructii S3 SRL for “Supply of concrete elements and components per m3” in the amount of 15,385,249.69 lei, including VAT, is included in the estimated value with VAT of 17,028,900.00 lei of the specialized department responsible for the management of the framework agreement for “Supply of concrete elements and components per m3”, also stated in the approval report.
