Inflating tariffs for part-time jobs is a headache for the NAFN, the Ministry of Finance, and accountants. Last Monday, a new version of declaration 112 – Smart PDF appeared on the website of the tax office, in which changes were made regarding the additional payment for part-time work.

It had many validation errors.

That version was bad, so ANAF came out later on Friday (September 23rd) – at the end of the week with a new smart PDF that’s also full of bugs.

Many accountants hoped that the Ministry of Finance and ANAF would once again correct the PDF either on Friday or at least on the weekend, since September 25 falls on a Sunday.

Well, that didn’t happen.

Fiscal consultant Cornell Grama recommended on Saturday that taxpayers finally file a receipt with errors so they have a receipt number.

This weekend the accountants were stressed and working and the Ministry of Finance and ANAF did not even come with an announcement to inform taxpayers that they apologize for the situation and to give a recommendation like the tax advisor mentioned above.

It looks like the Inland Revenue will continue to make changes to the D112 in the coming days.
